A: No, your payment information is purged as soon as the payment is collected. This is for your protection.

Q: Is credit card information required to sign up for Free Trial period?

A: No, only when you purchase the extended subscription.

Q: Will my subscription automatically renew and collect another fee?

A: No, if you want to renew your subscription, you will have to provide credit card information again to reactivate your account.

Q: Who does The Commercial Real Estate Connection serve?

A: All commercial and multifamily real estate companies and professionals. Also services service providers to the real estate industry.

Q: What will I find in the directory?

A: Here you will find resources to everything real estate, including companies you are applying with, industry organizations, education facilities, news publications, listing websites and so much more. All these resources, in one way or another can provide you a lead to your next job.

Company Questions

Q: Can a company have more than one account?

A: There is no need to have more than one account. Jobs are posted and sorted by the posters email address. A company can have one account with multiple job posters who can post jobs at the same time. They just need the Login and Password.

Q: How many jobs are we allowed to post?

A. As many you want. The more the better.

Q: Can we see our Job Postings?

A: Click on "Search Jobs" on the Menu and conduct a search in the categories you chose in your job posting.

Q: What other services are provided?

A: You can search the resume database and the directory.

Q: What happens if I forget to renew my subscription.

A: All your information will go inactive, including your posted positions. You will have to Sign In, which will take you to the Payment Page and pay to reactivate your account.

Candidate Questions

Q: Why is there a cost to the candidate?

A: To keep unqualified candidates from applying for jobs they should not be. Creates less competition for the candidate for a job. Better likely-hood your resume will be seen.

Q: What other services are provided to me?

A: View jobs, Resume Guide, Job Search Guide, Interview Do's and Don'ts, access to the directory.

Q: Can I post a resume?

A: Yes, In Microsoft Word. Preferably in version 97-2003, most commonly used.

Q: Will the company see my personal information.

A: The company will only see what is posted in on your resume.
