About the Administrator of The Commercial Real Estate Connection

The Commercial Real Estate Connection was created by Jerry Lindeen. Jerry is educated in and has several years experience in the commercial and multifamily real estate industry. Jerry started in the commercial real estate banking industry as an analyst/underwriter and lender and worked in the industry for five years. Since 1996 Jerry has been an owner and manager of multifamily real and has performed all the duties necessary to run an apartment building. Jerry also has transaction management experience including acquisition, disposition, leasing, 1031 exchanges and condominium conversions.

Since 2000 he has serviced the commercial and multifamily real estate industry as an Executive Recruiter. And since April of 2003, under his own company, National Real Estate Recruiting.

Through many years of networking and research, Jerry has built an extensive, national network of contacts and resources throughout the commercial and multifamily real estate industry.

Jerry understands the extent of work it takes to locate many of the commercial and multifamily real estate companies and service providers throughout the United States.
